Good Morning World!...
Well, now Retirement is offically starting for me Jan 1st, 2014...and I am about ready to start organzing and cleaning out the house. Mack wants to move this year so we plan on having a big garage sale in the springtime. I miss having something fun and important to do still...after about 5 or 6 weeks of being off..but I am getting use to the new pace.
These pictures are from the entire year of events...some are really funny.
I am so very thankful that we have our health and energy and family around...and we got to be with my daughter & Ron and Judy Peters for Christmas day...was a special treat! Ate way too much!
On the way home from taking TJ home that Christmas night...I saw a SHOOTING STAR flying through the night sky..that made such a beautiful mind picture for me the rest of the year... This year is gonna be a great year--I can just feel it already...
So am gonna start my Saturday now... and plan to start putting my life more on this blog instead of viedos as much...
Got my 3 miles in this morning...and plan to get sewing projects done...maybe go outside for awhile today and go to miner street to get some buttons for Teresa Jo's jacket I made her out of her dad's old sweatshirt and her grandma Mae's old material...I hated the finished product...and she loves it...so guess I gotta finish it... I think the Hartesan's Hospice Shoppe has buttons that I can get for it there.

Good Morning World!...
Well we are into our week of working on the 5th wheel in montana... it is almost done today and we will probably head back home on Saturday morning... It really has been a beautiful trip here and the scenery is gorgeous. Bob and Noreen are great hosts here and its been good to meet up with them again. They are a big encouragement to us to pursue out thoughts on snow birding. We will see what the next year holds.
Today is Thursday 8-26-13 and really I have had a good rest here. got to talk to a few friends at length also so that truly is special to me. At home things get push to shove and with working and commitments things go by the wayside an before you know it a week has shot by me. I am looking forward to being retired and having much more to accomplish probably...but it will be my projects to finish that I have wanted to get done for the last 20 years. It is so hard to put my dreams on hold while focusing on reality.
During the day while Solar Bob and Mack are working on the install...I have been just goofing off on the computer doing what I truly love...surfing the net...exploring different bloggs...and blogging myself just for the sake of blogging. I haven't usually written much here in the last year or so...but thought I should try to start putting my thoughts on paper again..that is more important probably.
I have gone walking each morning @ 8am with Noreen and we walk for almost a hour..about 3 miles and just go down her road...it is a nice walk and not hard.
So think today I will check my working schedule for next week...make something to eat this am...and try to figure out a way(write it on paper probably) to figure out how this solar stuff works(I should know by now after the camper)...I gotta write it down and think about it more...to get it straight in my mind. They are actually putting on the solar panels as I write,...so they are almost done.
Last night I made popcorn and burnt it...made it the old fashion way...in a pan with oil...and it has been many years since I did that..but it was passible and not too burnt. Mack didn't think that was too smart and wondered how I did that so easily .... doesn't take me but a minute to screw up things... haha.
My phone camera is messed up again..I had the auto backup working during Eric & Nicole's wedding and when I got home I hit a button again and it won't work...so I have to wait til we get home to download pictures straight to the computer...with the camera and phone...have gotten so many beautiful pictures of the sunsets here..they are epic!
so guess that catches you up to date...each morning I have a few more mosquito bites...guess they like me here...maybe I will put on make-up today...I have been looking very plain...total rest here...no worries...and Bob is your Uncle!

Good Morning World!...
We left today for Roundup, Montana...via Bend, oregon, over to Boise, Idaho and on up to Montana... Mack and I are both alittle nervous about this long trip 1,112 miles pulling the 5h wheel.. so we wanted the most level route... the GPS is really no help...she just keep yelling at us saying we are on the wrong road...so we turned her off... Haven't eaten yet except for Sharon's cinnamon bread that she made yesterday for us...how sweet and thoughtful of her to do that...and glad that I remembered where I packed it in my bags for the truck... the ride has been quiet and l...till we got to bend, oregon and decided to keep going and realized that it was 120 miles to Burns, Ore and we might not even make it on 1/4 tank diesel..so we turned around and glad that we did because we got 28 gallons...meaning we had on 7 left...and that would not have been enough for us to get to Burns...he wanted me to tell him what to do and I voted to turn back to Bend, Oregon (we were 10 miles out on HWY 20) cause I sure didn't want to walk for fuel... so that is solved and over now and we are headed for a rest stop for food break now...somewhere in the middle of nowhere... will take a picture!

Good Morning World!...
Hi everyone...
It is a beautiful day here in Prescott, Az the beginning of summertime here. We looked at houses yesterday and didn't like anything that I saw. Was a little depressing. other than that we had a good day just doing whatever....went to walmart and goofed off here at David and Irene's. It has been really nice to just enjoy their home and yard...very beautiful here. Been sleeping really well and started dreaming last night for the first time. I really feel better after having had a few dreams at night, makes me feel better rested.
Well, gotta run right now as we are gonna walk downtown for a few hours...

started writing this post yesterday and had to exit... sorry...
We had a grand dinner last night with David and Irene and her sister Sue and her hubby...whom live here also... we had Rack of Lamb...yummy! great dinner and visit.
slept well and we are trying to communicate with Teresa Jo to find out if we can visit with her on the way home. so far, no response..hoping that we can at least touch bases with her. If no response we will probably just go straight thru home.
Went to a breakfast spot called "Waffles, etc" and had a good breakfast. back here and decided to finish this entry on the blogg and get the rest of our stuff packed and hit the road... Sad to leave after such a good time..
lots to do when we return...back to work Sunday though bright and early...

April~~~Spring 2013
Good Morning World!...
Hi Everyone~
Just a few paragraphs before I get ready for work today... It is Sunday April 21, 2013 and a very beautiful day out. I have a short shift today so might get outside when I am done to enjoy a few rays of sunshine...Yippee..
Have been looking at pictures this morning of the past few weeks..here are some highlights of the events. 2 weekends ago we had Kristen, Shane &; Jessica & Piers visiting us for a 3 day spring visit. What a fun fun time we had...seeing 3 major destinations around Siskiyou county..and enjoyed our Easter Celebration together..and ended our trip by going to Grenada Berean Church Sunday morning, then they went back home. What a refreshing time for all of us...lots of love there!
This past week..Big Big news...from Eric & Niki..it is offical...they are engaged to be married Aug 3rd, 2013...Congratulations to them both. They seem perfectly fitted for each other and I know they will have lots of fun celebrating life together in the future.
Also got to go to Wendy's to celebrate her Birthday late...had a fun time on Friday. It was late in the day but we still had some good memories of the day. The years go by so very fast ...

Good Morning World!...
Dear all ,
Hope that your week has been a great one!.. mine has been busy mostly with work. When I get home if I haven't slept well the night before...then I crash pretty early.. Strange as you get older..your sleep becomes much more important than most everything else. haha!
talking about sleep...I was dreaming bigtime this morning. here is what I dreamt...
I was at a swap meet in a town where I knew my old sister in law ...Brenda Cole...was living.. I hadn't contacted her at all..and I was with my neighbor Debbie Robinson..she was selling stuff..and I had my own booth farther down from hers... at the end of the day...I looked up and at the entrance of the building..my old sister in law walked in and stood still to get my attention...we saw each other for it must have been about a minute or so...and then she turned & walked away..and left without any other contact...Of course I woke up right then and felt sad...It has been so long...and so much has gone on since out last contact..and we never really said our goodbyes...
I think this was my heart trying to say that I feel this area is unfinished...wish that it was completed.
strange to have a old family member be lost forever...hard to feel about how I really feel on this situation.
Other than that...still haven't heard from Teresa Jo for over a month now... miss her dearly ..and I write her each week..on thursday...she never said good bye really..and she was really detaching for the last 2 weeks she was out in Big Springs. I feel a big big hole in my heart without her contact.
Well..I am going to get ready for work now...I was a 2:30-8:15...now I am a 11:15-8:15...so got a whole shift..which is nice...Just thought I would get alot more done this morning..but ended up on the computer instead and only did one load of laundry.
